1. henceforth please call from Wednesday morning itself. for few minutes, ask him how many skills he wants to complete. since for each week, we have kept about 10 skills to be MASTERED

(first call) You may want to call as early as possible (as per your convenience), anyway Varun is watching videos till indian time 6:00 AM. you can call at your convenience.
(second call) you can initiate after 45 min the second call. you may want to talk with both Akila and Varun.
